- As we handle our own production, certain items may need extra attention or sewing, thus leading to an increase in processing time.
Shipping delays:
- Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier. Unforeseen delays (customs, weather, etc.) may occur.
Customs, Duties & Taxes:
- Customers are responsible for paying import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
- For EU customers: VAT and possible import duties apply to all orders. We don’t charge these at checkout—they must be paid to the courier upon delivery.
Additional Fees for Remote Areas:

Refused or Unclaimed Packages:
