Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–6 business days before shipment.
If your order exceeds 4 business days in processing, it may be due to high demand, production needs, or stock availability.
Maximum processing time: 10–20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
As we handle our own production, some items may require extra sewing or finishing.
Estimated Delivery Times
We use Express Shipping for all orders. Estimated delivery times are:

Shipping Policy
Free Express Shipping: Available for all orders worldwide.
Actual delivery time may vary depending on customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees.
EU Customers: VAT and import duties apply and must be paid upon delivery to the courier. We do not charge them at checkout.
Remote Area Shipping
Extra fees may apply for remote locations. If your address is affected, we will contact you before shipment.
Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused or unclaimed, the customer remains responsible for shipping and import charges before any refund can be processed.
